The ideal candidate should have an ability to help the organization to grow by identifying and developing new business opportunities. We also look for individuals with integrity, a hunger for learning, an action-bias, ownership, and humility. Prior experience working with SaaS or technology is a plus.

Job Responsibilities

Market Research and Strategy Development: Conducting thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and understand current market trends. Developing and implementing growth strategies in line with the company’s objectives.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Actively seeking out new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and potential clients.

Sales and Negotiation: Pitching products and/or services to potential clients. Negotiating with stakeholders and closing business deals.

Collaboration with Internal Teams: Working closely with the marketing team to develop custom sales and marketing strategies. Collaborating with other departments to ensure the company's growth objectives are met.

Familiarity with SaaS/metrics such as LTV, churn rate, etc. (Nice to have)
Basic understanding of HTML and CSS (Nice to have)
Good business sense and industry expertise
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
Ability to work with tech tools such as Excel, Word, etc.
Ability to work in shifts, including nights and weekends, and adjust work schedules according to customer needs.

Job Responsibilities

Engage in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including specification, development, testing, and deployment while managing a team.
Help develop, implement, and maintain solutions for eCommerce clients using Shopify or BigCommerce platforms with the team.
Leverage full-stack development skills to create architecture for responsive, scalable, and robust web solutions.
Actively collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Utilize business development skills to expand our clientele, propose new projects, and establish strong client relationships.
Actively participate in team meetings and propose strategies to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and methodologies, applying them to our practices to drive growth and innovation.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
Solid experience in full stack development, with proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript and its modern frameworks such as React, Node.js, Express.js, and others.
Extensive experience with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
Familiarity with NoSQL database systems such as MongoDB, and web servers like Apache and Nginx.
Strong business development skills and ability to work with diverse clients.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent people management skills.
Experience with version control systems like Git.
Familiarity with deployment tools and CI/CD practices.
Understanding of web accessibility and security compliance.
